Build Your WordPress Website on the Right Foundation.
We help you establish, configure, migrate and improve the technical infrastructure behind WordPress—from domains and DNS to hosting, installation, SSL and website migrations.
When does your website need infrastructure support?
Infrastructure work often begins with a practical situation rather than a technical specification. Tell us what you are trying to set up, move, connect or fix.
Starting a New WordPress Website
Prepare the domain, hosting environment and WordPress installation required before development begins.
Moving to New Hosting
Review the existing website and move it to a different hosting environment where migration is appropriate.
Connecting or Changing a Domain
Configure nameservers, DNS records and relevant connections so the intended domain reaches the correct website environment.
Migrating an Existing Website
Move files, databases and relevant configuration between environments while checking the resulting website setup.
Fixing DNS or Hosting Problems
Investigate configuration issues affecting website access, SSL, domain connection or the WordPress environment.
Preparing for Better Performance
Review infrastructure limitations that may need attention before broader WordPress performance work can be effective.
The technical foundation behind your WordPress website.
Infrastructure Projects can address one focused requirement or combine several connected technical needs. The exact deliverables depend on the website and agreed Project scope.
Domain & DNS
Configure the domain and DNS records required to connect your website to the correct hosting environment and related services.
Registration, renewal and third-party provider charges remain separate unless specifically included in the agreed Project.
WordPress Hosting
Review hosting requirements, prepare the environment and configure applicable hosting settings around the website’s technical needs.
Hosting suitability depends on the website, provider capabilities, workload and other technical requirements.
WordPress Installation
Prepare a clean WordPress installation and applicable initial technical configuration before website design and development proceeds.
Website design, page development and content implementation belong to the applicable Design & Development Project scope.
Website Migration
Move WordPress files, databases and relevant configuration between suitable environments and perform appropriate post-migration checks.
Migration planning aims to reduce avoidable disruption, but zero downtime is not guaranteed.
Infrastructure Troubleshooting
Investigate infrastructure-related problems affecting WordPress, domain connectivity, hosting, SSL or deployment.
Resolution depends on the technical cause, access available and any limitations imposed by third-party providers.
Infrastructure Improvement
Review an existing environment and address configuration limitations that may affect future development, performance or security work.
Infrastructure improvement is scoped according to the actual environment rather than assuming every website needs the same configuration.
Infrastructure for new and existing WordPress websites.
The same service can support a completely new WordPress setup or an existing website that needs migration, reconfiguration or technical improvement.
Starting a New WordPress Website?
A new website needs a suitable technical environment before design, development and content can operate reliably.
- Domain and DNS preparation
- Hosting environment setup
- WordPress installation
- SSL and HTTPS where applicable
- Development environment preparation
- Launch-related infrastructure checks
Already Have a WordPress Website?
Existing websites may need infrastructure work when the current environment no longer supports the website effectively.
- Changing hosting providers
- Migrating the WordPress website
- Changing or reconnecting a domain
- Resolving DNS or SSL problems
- Moving between environments
- Preparing for performance or security work
From infrastructure requirement to working configuration.
Tell us what you need to set up, change, migrate or fix. We review the environment before defining and delivering the appropriate infrastructure Project.
Tell Us What You Need
Describe the website, domain, hosting situation, migration requirement or infrastructure problem.
We Review the Setup
Where applicable, we assess the domain, DNS, hosting and WordPress context relevant to the requirement.
We Define the Project
Scope, deliverables, technical dependencies, price and timeline are clarified before implementation.
We Implement the Work
The agreed configuration, installation, migration or troubleshooting work is completed according to scope.
We Verify & Hando Over
Applicable connectivity, configuration and website operation are checked before completion and handover.
What helps us understand your infrastructure requirement?
Provide what you already know. Additional technical details or access can be requested after the requirement and scope have been reviewed.
Website URL
Share the website address if the WordPress website already exists.
Domain Information
Tell us the domain and current provider where that information is relevant.
Hosting Information
Identify the existing host or intended hosting environment where known.
Current Problem
Explain what is happening now and what you need to happen instead.
Migration Details
Where applicable, identify the current and intended website environments.
Relevant Access
Domain, DNS, hosting or WordPress access may be requested after scope is agreed.
Timeline
Share important migration, launch or operational dates that may affect planning.
Supporting Information
Screenshots, error messages or provider notices can help clarify the requirement.
Credential safety: provide passwords or administrative credentials only through an appropriate agreed channel and only when they are required for the approved Project.
Infrastructure changes need the right technical context.
Domain, hosting and WordPress systems interact. Reviewing the environment first helps us understand what should change and what may be affected.
Technical Context Matters
The appropriate configuration depends on the website, environment, provider and intended outcome.
Dependencies Matter
Domains, DNS, hosting, SSL, WordPress and connected third-party services can affect one another.
Migration Needs Planning
A website move may involve files, databases, DNS, domains, SSL and checks after the new environment becomes active.
Scope Before Changes
We clarify the intended result and affected systems before carrying out the agreed infrastructure work.
Your website may depend on several external providers.
WordPress infrastructure commonly relies on services outside the website itself. Where applicable, a Project can include configuration or technical work involving those providers.
Provider pricing, uptime, policies and availability remain subject to the provider’s own terms. External subscriptions are not automatically included in an Esposearch Project unless specifically agreed.
Questions about WordPress infrastructure.
Not every website needs the same hosting, migration or configuration work. Tell us about your existing setup or what you are trying to build, and we can review the requirement.
Discuss Your RequirementsWhat does WordPress Infrastructure include?
Depending on the Project, infrastructure work can include domains, DNS, hosting, WordPress installation, SSL, migration, environment configuration and related troubleshooting. The exact scope is agreed after reviewing the requirement.
Can you help me choose hosting for WordPress?
Yes. Hosting requirements can be reviewed against the website, technical needs and intended use. Any third-party hosting fees remain subject to the provider’s terms unless specifically included in the Project.
Can you configure my domain and DNS?
Yes. A Project can include nameservers, DNS records, domain-to-hosting connection and related configuration where required by the agreed scope.
Can you install WordPress for a new website?
Yes. We can prepare a fresh WordPress installation and applicable initial technical configuration. Full website design and development can be included separately within the broader Project where required.
Can you migrate my existing WordPress website?
Yes. Migration can include transferring files and database content, configuring the destination environment and carrying out applicable post-migration checks according to the agreed Project.
Can you move my website to another domain or hosting provider?
Yes, where technically appropriate. The existing website, domain, DNS, source environment and destination environment should first be reviewed so the migration scope can be defined.
Can you troubleshoot DNS, SSL or hosting issues?
Yes. We can investigate relevant configuration and identify work that falls within the agreed Project. Some problems may depend on provider limitations or third-party systems outside our direct control.
Will my website stay online throughout a migration?
Migration is planned to reduce avoidable disruption, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed because DNS changes, providers, propagation and other technical factors may affect the transition.
Do I need to provide hosting or domain login details?
Some Projects require temporary or administrative access to relevant systems. We should request only the access necessary for the agreed work, and credentials should be shared through an appropriate agreed channel.
Can infrastructure work be combined with other WordPress services?
Yes. One custom Project can combine connected requirements such as infrastructure, design and development, performance, security or troubleshooting where those services need to work together.
