Client Accounts

Support Guidance

Esposearch may assign or coordinate suitable Experts internally. The customer is buying agency managed delivery and is not required to select, supervise or contract directly with a public freelancer profile.
Scope and Changes

- New functionality or materially expanded requirements may need separate commercial approval.
- Clarification may be needed before implementation where the requirement is ambiguous.
- A requested technical method may be replaced by a more practical approach where the intended outcome can be achieved differently.
Timing and Dependencies
Delivery timing can depend on customer responses, access, third party systems, licenses, technical condition and the actual scope.

Maintain appropriate ownership, administrator control and recovery access for important website systems. Independent backups may also be appropriate depending on the work and website risk.
Lawful Use
Use Esposearch services for lawful purposes, obtain rights or permissions for submitted content and avoid requesting implementation that would knowingly violate law, third party rights or applicable platform rules.
