Welcome to Esposearch.net, the official platform of Esposearch Limited, a registered Research and Technology Company in the Republic of Kenya. By accessing or using our website, training programs, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling, registering, or participating in any Esposearch service.

1. Definitions

  • Esposearch.net: The official digital platform operated by Esposearch Limited.
  • User: Anyone accessing or using the platform, including applicants, students, writers, or clients.
  • Graduate Trainee: A user enrolled in the Online Writing Course.
  • Junior Writer: A trainee who has completed the course and qualified for paid writing tasks.
  • Senior Writer: A Junior Writer who has completed 100+ approved writing tasks and demonstrated consistency and excellence.
  • Client: An internal or partnered entity that requests writing tasks fulfilled by trained writers.

2. Eligibility

To access Esposearch services, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have basic English literacy and access to a reliable internet-enabled device.
  • Commit to completing the training before seeking freelance opportunities.
  • Be able to receive payments via M-Pesa (Kenya) or PayPal (international).

3. Course Enrollment and Fees

  • Enrollment in the Esposearch Online Writing Course is mandatory for all freelance writing applicants.
  • The standard course fee is KES 5,900, payable via M-Pesa Till Number 843796 (Espos Enterprises).
  • Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received and verified.
  • Users must provide valid contact information during the registration process.

Refund Policy:

Once course access has been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By enrolling and submitting payment, users acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

4. Course Completion and Certification

  • Learners must complete all course modules, quizzes, and submit a Capstone Project for final review.
  • Certificates are awarded only after successful capstone approval.
  • Certification does not guarantee admission into the Esposearch writing team.
  • Writer selection is based on quality, consistency, and performance evaluation.

5. Writing Team Engagement

  • Certified writers may be offered a position as Junior Writers.
  • Task assignments depend on availability, subject matter expertise, and work quality.
  • Writers are expected to:
    • Deliver plagiarism-free, original content
    • Follow assignment briefs and deadlines strictly
    • Maintain professional communication
  • Promotion to Senior Writer status is available after completing 100+ approved tasks.

6. Payments

  • Writers are paid in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via M-Pesa.
  • International values are converted based on Esposearch’s internal rates.
  • Payment is issued weekly or upon approval of submitted work.
  • Bonuses may be awarded for exceptional performance.
  • Esposearch is not liable for payment issues due to incorrect user details.

7. Code of Conduct

All users and writers must:

  • Submit authentic, well-written content
  • Avoid plagiarism and unauthorized AI use (unless allowed and human-edited)
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally
  • Meet submission deadlines consistently
  • Respect the confidentiality of platform data

Violations may lead to:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Withholding of unpaid dues
  • Permanent disqualification from future opportunities

8. Intellectual Property

  • All submitted work becomes the property of Esposearch Limited or its partners.
  • Writers are prohibited from reselling or republishing any content developed through the platform.
  • Course materials, tools, and internal systems remain the intellectual property of Esposearch.

9. Termination and Disqualification

Esposearch may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Submitting low-quality or copied work
  • Falsifying qualifications or credentials
  • Violating platform rules or ethics
  • Failing to meet task expectations

10. Support and Contact

11. Limitation of Liability

Esposearch Limited shall not be held responsible for:

  • Service interruptions or website downtime
  • Payment delays from third-party processors
  • User errors during registration or withdrawal
  • Opportunities or offers outside our verified channels

12. Terms Updates and Modifications

Esposearch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified through email or website updates. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Privacy and Data Policy

User data is collected, stored, and processed under our Privacy Policy. We uphold strict confidentiality standards and never share data with unauthorized third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
