6. Freelance Job Opportunities

Freelance writing jobs offered through the platform are provided to selected trainees or approved contributors. Esposearch:

  • Does not guarantee job placement for all learners

  • Maintains the right to assess, reject, or reassign submitted work

  • Reserves the right to revise or cancel freelance contracts at its discretion

7. Marketplace Transactions and Escrow

The Esposearch Marketplace facilitates connections between buyers and sellers of freelance accounts and tools. Transactions using our escrow system are subject to the following:

  • Funds are held securely until both parties confirm satisfactory delivery

  • Esposearch acts as a neutral third-party but may intervene to resolve disputes

  • All listings and user activity must be honest, verified, and lawful

Esposearch is not responsible for losses arising from transactions conducted outside the escrow system.

8. Payments and Fees

Some services and digital products on this platform are subject to payment. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or US Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.

You agree to:

  • Pay all fees due for training, digital products, or escrow facilitation

  • Use only approved and secure payment methods

  • Abide by refund and cancellation policies where applicable
