Graduate Trainee: A learner enrolled in the Esposearch Online Writing Course.
Junior Writer: A certified trainee who qualifies to receive paid writing assignments.
Senior Writer: A high-performing junior writer who has completed over 100 approved tasks.
Client: Internal or partnered organizations requesting content from Esposearch writers.

2. Eligibility

To access Esposearch training and job opportunities, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Be a graduate or a finalist from a Kenyan university or college.
Have a basic command of the English language.
Have access to an internet-enabled device.
Agree to complete the training before qualifying for writing jobs.
Access a payment method (M-Pesa or PayPal) to receive payments.

3. Course Enrollment and Fees

All freelance writing applicants must enroll in the Esposearch Online Writing Course.
The current training fee is KES 999, payable through:

Enrollment is confirmed after payment and manual verification by our support team.
Users must provide accurate contact information during registration.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once course access is granted. By enrolling and making payment, you agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy helps sustain our non-profit program.

4. Training Structure

The course includes training in:

Academic Writing
SEO Content Writing
Resume & Career Writing
AI Writing Tools
Capstone Project

Upon completion, learners must submit a capstone task for evaluation. Successful submissions will earn a Certificate of Completion.

5. Certification and Job Access

Certification does not automatically guarantee access to a writing job.
Only learners who pass the Capstone and demonstrate competence are offered paid writing tasks.
Certified writers are onboarded as junior writers and paid for approved assignments.
Writers who complete 100+ tasks excellently may be promoted to senior writers with added benefits.

6. Paid Assignments

Assignments include academic content, SEO articles, resumes, and business writing.
Writers must meet all deadlines, follow instructions, and maintain quality.
Upon job approval, payments are issued through M-Pesa (Kenya) or PayPal (international).
Esposearch reserves the right to withhold payment for substandard, late, or plagiarized work.

7. Account Leasing and Digital Marketplace

Esposearch facilitates:

Leasing or purchasing verified freelance writing accounts.
Secure, legally bound transactions between verified users.
Educational guidance on safe account use and platform policies.

Esposearch does not guarantee outcomes or account acceptance on external platforms like Upwork, WritersHub, or Uvocorp.

8. Code of Conduct

All users and writers must:

Submit original, plagiarism-free content.
Maintain respectful communication.
Avoid the use of unapproved AI-generated content.
Adhere to deadlines and instructions.
Keep client and platform data confidential.

Violations may result in:

Account suspension or termination.
Permanent ban from our platform.
Forfeiture of unpaid dues.

9. Intellectual Property

All submitted content becomes the property of Esposearch Limited or its partners.
Writers may not resell, reuse, or redistribute any content written via the platform.
Course materials and internal systems remain the intellectual property of Esposearch.

10. Termination Policy

Esposearch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for:

Submitting plagiarized or AI-only content.
Poor performance or repeated low-quality submissions.
Inactivity or abandonment of the program.
Disrespecting staff, mentors, or fellow users.
Engaging in fraudulent behavior or misrepresenting credentials.

11. Payment Terms

Payments are processed weekly or after job approval.
Esposearch uses a fixed internal exchange rate for foreign clients.
Writers are responsible for the correct payment details.
Esposearch is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.

12. Support and Communication

Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp chat on our website.

Users are responsible for regularly checking their messages.

13. Limitation of Liability

Esposearch Limited shall not be held liable for:

Internet or platform downtime.
Third-party processors cause payment delays.
Mistakes resulting from user error during registration or task submission.
Rejection or suspension of freelance profiles created outside Esposearch.

Users manage their freelance schedules, accounts, and local tax obligations.

14. Data Privacy and Protection

Esposearch respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy protects all personal data.
We do not sell or share your data without consent, except where required by law.

15. Updates to Terms

Esposearch may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes via email or in-platform notice.

Continued use of the platform implies agreement to the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Kenya shall govern these terms. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
